Medical Advocacy

  • Schedule and attend client physician appointments to ensure information given and received is clear, accurate and understood by all involved parties.

  • Referrals to personally vetted primary care physicians and specialists

  • Advocate for additional treatments and care such as diagnostic testing, physical therapy, occupational therapy or speech therapy

  • Working directly with hospital staff to ensure an optimal discharge plan is in place prior to discharge

  • Personal attendance during ER admissions to consult with ER staff, client and family to ensure all the information is gathered and questions answered prior to making decisions
